Neighbourhood homes and subsequent higher rising buildings continue to be repaired, replaced or rebuilt. Demand for access roads, streets and highways as well as the power, pluming, and utility installation and maintenance now includes suburban sprawl and access grids to match current needs.

Present building continues to construct higher, smaller homes by tearing down past buildings to acquire larger urban, suburban acreage, and rural farms to build higher, denser population containers and increasing demand for land, resources, utilities and services. The consequences include, resource losses, climate changes, and loss of trust.

Future building now needs diametrically opposed building systems to offset today and yesterdays thought less remedies to slow, stop and recover from life threatening acts and failure to act in more conscious, thoughtful and responsible ways.
